Free delivery with VIP account

By subscribing to the VIP account during your order, you benefit from free delivery in mainland France for the following delivery methods:

  • So Colissimo my home
  • So Colissimo my cityssimo space, my post office, my shopkeeper
  • Postal mail

Your subscription is valid immediately (and therefore for the current order) and for a period of one year.

Delivery methods

On CondomZ you have the choice of delivery method!
Depending on the delivery address of your order, up to 4 delivery methods are available to you when confirming your order:

Have it delivered to the address of your choice!
Your package is hand delivered to you or delivered to your mailbox.
If its size does not allow delivery to the mailbox, it will be made available to you at the post office to which you are attached. You therefore have 10 working days from the arrival of your package at the post office to collect it.
After this time, it will be returned to sender.
In all cases, you are informed by email, 24 hours before the delivery of your package.

So Colissimo my trader in mainland France
Have it delivered to a collection point near your home or office!
Your package is made available directly at one of the many local shops in our partner network.
You will be informed by email or SMS once the package is available. You have 10 working days from the arrival of your package at the pick-up point to collect it.
After this time, it will be returned to sender.

Postal mail with La Poste
Fast and economical, sending in a postal envelope, delivered to your mailbox.
This delivery method is only available for small items marked Envelope +, the shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of the items.
No delivery dispute can be made, because this delivery method does not have tracking.

Colissimo Monitoring with signature in the French overseas departments and in Europe
Speed, security and traceability, choose a Colissimo Suivi delivery with signature.
Your package is delivered by hand with signature in 8 to 10 days on average for shipments to the overseas departments and European countries. If your parcel is absent or impossible to deliver, your postman files a delivery notice stating the date and address of the post office where you can collect your parcel upon presentation of an identity document.

Chronopost International in France and abroad
Do you want to receive your order as soon as possible? Chronopost International delivers to you by express in very short time, in France as in 220 countries and territories.
From the day of shipment, allow 24 hours to receive your order in mainland France and 1 to 3 days for the overseas departments and foreign countries (except TOM).

Participation in preparation and delivery costs

All orders for France, overseas departments and Europe are shipped by Socolissimo, Colissimo Suivi or Chronopost International. In mainland France only, you can choose Socolissimo delivery around your home.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to the TOM.

For deliveries abroad to countries outside the European Union, customs duties and any additional taxes or charges may apply during delivery.

Delivery delay

If you order before 2 p.m., your package will be dispatched the next working day (Monday to Friday) before noon. Then add the delivery time of each carrier (in working days), depending on your place of delivery:

IMPORTANT: in the case of payment by bank transfer, bank check or postal order, your order will only be dispatched to you upon receipt of payment.

Discretion of shipments

All our orders are conditioned in a hermetically closed and solid cardboard parcel, shipped in the name of MBLAB SARL, bearing no mention of the CondomZ site. We would not be held responsible in the event of a problem during transport (torn envelope, opened package) or if someone other than the one for whom the package is intended is required to open it.

Incomplete or delayed delivery

If your order is not delivered on time or if products are missing from the delivery note provided, contact Customer Service by email at support@condomz.com or by phone at 0033 5 63 66 23 83 which will tell you if the shipment has been made or if the products are temporarily out of stock. Do the same if the products you have received are not what you expected.

If 15 days after the indicative delivery date, the ordered product has not been delivered to you, for any reason other than a case of force majeure, the sale may then be canceled on your request by sending an email to support@condomz.com or by phone at 0033 5 63 66 23 83. You can, in this case, obtain the return of the sums paid for the order, to the exclusion of any other indemnity or damages. You will also have the possibility of accepting a new delivery period without, however, being able to demand a price reduction or damages.

Return of your package

In accordance with Article L. 121-20 of the Consumer Code, You benefit from a withdrawal period of fourteen (14) days for products and / or services under the conditions defined in Article 7 of the General Conditions of Sale . Download the retraction form to be returned by fax or mail.

You benefit from a right of return relating to non-conforming products and / or which would have a hidden defect under the conditions defined in Article 7 of the General Conditions of Sale .
